2010 emmy red carpet

I will admit I didn't actually watch the Emmy's last night.  I mean lets be real the actual show isn't what I am looking at anyway.  I only like the Red Carpet fashion bit. Sadly I missed that too.  BUT I decided to check out the fashion just to see who looked good and who looked like ... well who looked like they dressed themselves.  There were a lot of dresses I really liked and a lot I hated but here is my top five best and top five worst.

Best: Claire Danes, Kelly Osbourne, Jane Krakoski, Julie Bowen, Nina Dobrev

Worst: January Jones, Kim Kardashian, Anna Paquin, Toni Collette, Rita Wilson

I was recently asked by a friend of mine where to find jewelry for her bridesmaids. She wanted different jewelry for each (rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings). I thought about it and of course told her a name of a another friend of mine who designs jewelry (I will be doing a piece on her soon). Another suggestion of mine was to check out jcrew and Banana Republic because I have always found neat pieces at each place. The jcrew catalog arrived this weekend and I found myself tearing out numerous pages some for ideas and others because I just loved what they were selling. I haven't really bought much from jcrew since college but they have really stepped up their merchandise. The latest catalog was brilliant. boots ahoy

It's been over a week and I am totally slaking I know but all I can think about is FALL and BOOTS.  So I decided to check out Anthropologie and of course they have the cutest shoes/boots ever.  Remind me again why I decided to quit working there???????? Oh right so I could have my weekends back.  Well I have been missing it so I decided it's been a couple months of no Anthro and well I wasn't disappointed.  Here are a few favs that I am thinking I need to add to my boots collection.
